This document, in addition to detailing every step of your building's construction, will help you understand and use the features of your property, locate important places such as check valves, cleanouts and the entry water main, to make any job you need to do easier.

We also include a list of contacts who can advise you if you wish to make changes to your home, add options or want additional information about a device that was installed during construction. We will, of course, be sure to provide you with all the user guides that come with installed devices.

Upon delivery, a document provided by the APCHQ, "The Owner's Guide", is given to you. We also inspect the entire house to ensure each of your requirements is met and you have got answers to your questions about the facilities — before taking possession. You can therefore enjoy your new home with the peace of mind of knowing that each step was carefully completed.
